Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Night Sky UI Kit and its individual components, sold by LH Creative Diversified Enterprises LLC through lhcreative.studio.

1. All Sales Are Final

The Kit is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

2. Refunds Issued by Polar

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar may, at its own discretion, issue a refund within 60 days of purchase under its own policies (for example, to prevent a chargeback). If Polar refunds your order, your access to the Kit downloads for that purchase may be revoked.

3. Your Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that apply to you and cannot be waived.
